Vegetarian/Vegan recipes

So after last class I thought it would be fun to share some recipes for vegan and vegetarian diet. By all means you do not have to try them – however if you do, maybe you actually like it! It’s def not as bad as the reputation.

  1. ellen degeneres also posts a ton of vegan recipes on her website. they all look so awesome. my favorite vegan dish is a bean salad- it can be made a million different ways and it’s an awesome source of protein. I went vegetarian for a while, but I had to let it go because my family refused to cook vegetarian meals, and since i wasn’t the one doing the cooking or shopping, i had to give in. I’d definitely like to try it again someday when I have more control over buying my own groceries.
